Paper World (Thế Giới Giấy JSC) is a private label toilet paper manufacturer in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We produce standard toilet rolls and jumbo toilet rolls under your own brand at our factory in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi, from imported virgin pulp and under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
The OEM service covers the whole job: specification advice, packaging design, samples, production, quality inspection, packing and delivery. Order quantities, pricing and delivery terms are agreed for each order.
What we can produce under your label

- Core: core size to suit your dispensers or holders.
- Finish: plain or embossed.
- Packaging: private label wrapping, pack format and outer packing.

How the OEM process works
- Specification advice: we review your brief, including product type, target market and positioning, and recommend a specification.
- Packaging design: we prepare packaging for your label from your brand assets and agree the packaging content with you.
- Samples and approval: samples to the proposed specification are sent for your evaluation before you confirm the order.
- Production: your order is produced at our Cu Chi factory.
- Quality inspection: each batch is checked before packing.
- Packing and delivery: goods are packed in your branded packaging and delivered on the agreed schedule and terms.
Lead time depends on specification, packaging and quantity, and is confirmed when the order is agreed.
Raw material and standards
- Imported virgin pulp: our tissue is made from imported virgin pulp, not recycled paper, for a white, soft and strong sheet.
- ISO 9001:2015: production runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
- QCVN 09:2015/BCT: our toilet tissue and facial tissue conform to Vietnam’s national technical regulation QCVN 09:2015/BCT, issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

MOQ, pricing and terms
We do not publish a fixed MOQ or price list for private label work. Minimum order quantity, unit price, payment terms and delivery terms, including Incoterms for export orders, are agreed for each order based on specification, packaging and destination.

- Product: standard or jumbo rolls, and your target specification (ply, basis weight, roll weight, size, core, finish) if you have one.
- Reference: a sample or photos of your current product, if any.
- Packaging: your logo, brand guidelines and preferred pack format, plus any labelling content your market requires.

- Destination: delivery location in Vietnam, or destination country and port for export.
