Where is the factory, and which standards apply?
Paper World’s factory is located at Lot A4-2, Zone A4, D4 Road, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Our tissue is made from imported virgin pulp under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and our toilet tissue and facial tissue conform to Vietnam’s technical regulation QCVN 09:2015/BCT.
The factory produces jumbo and standard toilet rolls, hand towels and napkin lines for our An Khang, Japani and Roto brands. It is also where we run OEM and private label orders.
Raw material: virgin pulp
All An Khang, Japani and Roto tissue grades are made from imported virgin pulp, not recycled paper. Virgin fibre gives a sheet that is white, soft and strong.
For institutional buyers, a stable raw material means consistent quality from one delivery to the next. That consistency is what hotels, hospitals and factories look for when they sign a long-term supply contract.
Standards and compliance
- ISO 9001:2015: production is run under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
- QCVN 09:2015/BCT: our toilet tissue and facial tissue are certified as conforming to the national technical regulation QCVN 09:2015/BCT issued by Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Quality documentation can be provided on request as part of your supplier assessment.
Batch-level quality control
Every production batch is checked before packing and dispatch. Properties such as absorbency and strength are tested across our product codes to make sure each sheet matches its published specification.
Packaging carries the batch number, production date and expiry date, so every shipment can be traced. If a quality issue arises, we can identify the affected batch and resolve it under our returns policy.
Custom specifications for OEM orders
Beyond our standard codes, the factory produces to custom specifications for OEM and private label orders. Ply, basis weight, roll weight, dimensions, core, embossing and private label packaging can be adjusted, with the exact options confirmed for each order.
