Who we are
Paper World (Thế Giới Giấy JSC) is a Vietnamese manufacturer and distributor of away-from-home tissue, in business since 2009. We supply jumbo and standard toilet rolls, hand towels, napkins and facial tissue, together with dispensers and washroom supplies, to more than 18,000 institutional clients.
Our products carry three brands – An Khang, Japani and Roto – and are made at our factory in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi, under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Alongside our standard range, we offer OEM/private label production and custom-printed napkins.
Our story since 2009
Thế Giới Giấy started from a simple observation: offices, factories and hospitals use tissue in large volumes, yet they were buying it the way households do. The company was founded in 2009 to serve these organisations directly.
Our first customers were US, Singaporean and Japanese companies operating in Vietnam. Working with them shaped how we operate today: supply under contract, on-time delivery and consistent quality from batch to batch. In 2010 we launched the An Khang brand with jumbo toilet rolls designed for high-traffic washrooms.

Mission: To serve millions of people in Vietnam, from homes to workplaces, with clean, safe and environmentally responsible paper products. Our working motto: fast, reliable, professional.
Three brands
- An Khang – launched in 2010 with jumbo toilet rolls for businesses, later extended to standard rolls and multi-fold hand towels.
- Japani – our premium clean-tissue line: 3-ply toilet tissue, dinner and cocktail napkins, facial tissue and boxed tissue, well suited to hotels, restaurants and logo printing.
- Roto – Thế Giới Giấy’s own brand for multi-fold hand towels, dispensers and washroom equipment. Roto dispensers and devices are imported and selected to work with our refills.

Factory and offices
Our factory is located at Lot A4-2, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City. Our tissue is made from imported virgin pulp and conforms to Vietnam’s technical regulation QCVN 09:2015/BCT. Read more on our Factory & Quality page.
We are headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, with five offices in Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Da Lat and Phan Thiet. This network lets clients with sites across Vietnam work with one supplier and one point of contact.

How we work
- Annual contracts with fixed pricing: agree your yearly volume and prices are held for the contract term; one contract can cover deliveries to multiple sites.
- Scheduled deliveries: a fixed delivery calendar keeps your stock topped up without placing a new order each time.
- Roto dispensers: sponsored, loaned or sold according to the policy that applies to each account, with installation included.
